Subscription Help and Information

We offer subscriptions on our hareboxes, and most of our products throughout our site. The ease and convenience of 'set and forget' drops home fragrances at customer's home every month or two months.

We offer the option to repeat the delivery at 30 and 60 day intervals.

With simplicity we also provide transparency, keeping you in full control of your subscription with us, business that we value.

Your Subscription Dashboard

Your subscription dashboard enables you to manage every aspect of your subscription order with us.

GET ACCESS TO YOUR DASHBOARD

Subscription Management and Processing is performed by a separate system from our main account management and has a different dashboard. Your subscription confirmation email has a link to help you set up your dashboard.  Additionally, every communication from us in the management of your subscription will have a link, enabling you to manage your subscription quickly, easily, and securely.

There is also a link on your regular login page.

 

FIRST TIME USE

If this is the first time you are accessing your subscriptions dashboard, we will ask you to provide your email in order to sign into your dashboard - this happens on first login only.

 

 

 

Enter your email and if it is a valid subscription email, an email will be sent to you with a link to your dashboard.

You will then be asked to choose a password.

 

DASHBOARD FEATURES

From your dashboard you have access to all of your added subscriptions, upcoming orders, shipping and payment details, and subscription cancellation.

 

 

OUR NOTIFICATIONS TO YOU
You can expect the following notifications from us for your subscription:

  • Get account access (first access to your dashboard)
  • Subscription activation
  • Subscription cancellation
  • Payment Issue
  • Subscription recurring charge confirmation (on processing a subscription payment)
  • Subscription upcoming charge (sent three days before a charge renewal)
  • Subscription 12 months renewal (sent 30 days in advance of renewal)
