The term ‘Hopping Hare or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
 
Terms and Conditions for the hare.box subscription service

1. Joining. When you join the subscriptions service you will be offered three levels of subscription, please read the details.
 
2. Choice. Each month you will be sent three tealights to choose the fragrance and delivery method (ie candle or diffuser). If you do not choose by the given date you will be sent the monthly featured fragrance for that month in your preference of candle or diffuser from your previous box or a diffuser if it is your first box.
 
3. Cancellation. After you have chosen and paid, you have the right to cancel your subscription to hare box.If you have chosen and paid for a month to month subscription you can cancel at any time. There will be a cut off date each month, if you miss the cut-off date, your subscription will be cancelled the next calendar month. If you have chosen a 6 or 12 month subscription you can cancel your subscription, so that it will not renew at the end of the term.
Please note that you cannot cancel and be refunded during the paid subscription period term.
 
4. Damages/Faults. If your box is faulty or damaged please report this within 7 days to info@hoppingharecandles.co.uk and we will send a replacement to you. We reserve the right to ask you for images/and or information depicting the issue/damage so that we can resolve any issues. For any other questions regarding your subscription box, please refer the the first instance to the FAQ’s page and if you cannot find the answer you need please email info@hoppingharecandles.co.uk or call.
